A yoga educator of 14 years, founder of Sunshine Yoga School, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Conscious Parenting Coach, and highly sensitive mama with two sensitive kids of my own (10 years apart).
Through my extensive experience teaching yoga training programs and working with kids & families, I created this unique Mindfulness Training program to plant seeds of peace, connection, and emotional wisdom in the next generation.

This program is designed for children ages 7 - 11, but slightly younger or older children can also benefitβespecially if theyβre emotionally aware or open to learning mindfulness tools. You know your child best.
Thatβs exactly what this program helps with. The practices are short, sensory, and engaging, built for kids with big feelings, sensitive nervous systems, or busy minds. Iβve included breath-work, movement, and visual tools to meet them where they are.
Yes! The content is kid-friendly and designed for independent learning, but we encourage parents to join in when possible and keep track of their progress. Many families enjoy doing the weekly practices togetherβit can deepen connection and model conscious living in a beautiful way. There is a monthly 'Parent Q&A' session where I will address questions or concerns.
Just 60 min per week. Each week includes 1-2 short videos (5β15 mins) and one simple daily practice to repeat and explore throughout the week plus a 30 min live "Check-In" that is optional. The goal is ease, not overwhelmβsmall steps with big impact.
The program is non-religious and inclusive. It draws on mindfulness, emotional intelligence, yoga-inspired tools, and respect for the Earth and all beings. Youβre welcome to adapt any language to suit your familyβs beliefs.
Just a few, but don't stress if you don't have them right away. The most important thing is a quiet space to watch videos and a device to watch them on. The following items will be helpful to support their journey: a journal, coloring supplies, a yoga mat, a candle, and a few meaningful objects for your child to create a 'sacred space'. Iβll provide simple guides and suggestions along the way.
It's a hybrid- a self-paced program with pre-recorded videos, so you can start whenever you're ready and go at your own rhythm AND optional weekly Live Zoom check-ins where your child can connect to the other kids, ask questions, and get live support from me.
